Lost or Damaged Shipments
Any item purchased from Statesidestills.com that arrives damaged in transit caused by the postal service, can be returned for a replacement (see Defective Returns). Please contact customerservices@Statesidestills.com for further assistance.

Returns & exchanges
Statesidestills.com will only accept items which are in their original condition as at time of purchase, for exchange within 7 days of receipt.
Statesidestills.com reserve the right to refuse any non-defective return requests. A non-defective return is any item shipped due to error on your part.
All Non-defective returns must also include the following information: 1) Name and address. 2) A copy of your Statesidestills.com proof of purchase. 3) The reason for the return.
Please contact Statesidestills.com first with any return request where the appropriate information needed to return the item(s) will be given. Please try to return items in their original packaging (if available), or in an appropriate mailing box/jiffy bag.
